1 basis of contract
1.1. We want buyers from the Autoshop.co.uk site to have a good buying experience, and set out below areas to help both buyer and seller understand how the transactions should work, and to advise what to do if a problem arises. This contract is subject to change to ensure legal compliance and to adjust to ongoing market developments.
2.1. orders placed via the Website to purchase the Goods or Services must be in accordance with the following Conditions. Please carefully double check your requirements before placing it, as you are required to ensure all aspects are correct. Please ensure you are of the legal age required to purchase the goods.
2.2. your order shall only be accepted by us, and a Contract established when:
(a) you have paid for and we have received said payment for the goods ordered.
(b) the Goods have been dispatched.
2.3. orders placed via the Website are subject to availability, and should we establish that an item or items are not available as expected, then we will promptly refund in full.
2.4. we currently only accept orders from UK MAINLAND ADDRESSES.
3.1. descriptions of items are taken from maker or importer information supplied to us.
3.2. images are as supplied by the brand marketing to us and may vary slightly.
3.4. catalogue information can be very specific especially when it comes to braking and suspension options, and may list multiple choices, and buyers should take great care to avoid purchasing the wrong part. email [email protected] for help and guidance.
3.5. we accept no liability for damage or injury or loss arising as a result of advice on this website.
4.1. prices are listed in Sterling. Please note that carriage and vat may be added to this. See notation at each product price, and in the carriage calculator at the end of purchasing.

5.1. we only accept payment by Sagepay
6.1. delivery information is available at check out and may contain different couriers, durations and costs. Additionally goods may not come from a single warehouse and may incur more than one carriage cost. This will be declared at checkout.
6.2. goods will be your responsibility from the time of delivery.
6.3. where the courier is unable to deliver the Goods to you in person, they will either leave a card to rearrange a suitable time for redelivery or leave the parcel with a neighbour.
6.4. if we fail to deliver your order within a reasonable time out-with the expected date, and there has been no failure on your part by providing inaccurate delivery instructions you may cancel your Order and receive a full refund.
7 refunds, returns, cancellation, general queries.
7.1 in the first instance please email [email protected] to discuss any issues and we will do our utmost to resolve any issues quickly to make the buying experience as expected.
7.2 unless goods are faulty you will be responsible for the cost of returning items to us.
7.3 we will not be responsible for events that are outside our control, and impact on our ability to deliver.
8.1. we will honour all warranties as provided by the manufacturer and will endeavour to provide fast responses to any issue.
